On May 27th 2010 we completed the upgrade to our internet service. You should now be enjoying increased speeds and reliability.

On June 14th we will transition all e-mail accounts to the upgrade system. This transition will take up to 24 hrs to complete.


There are a few things you will need to know and do to ensure your e-mails and addresses make the move.

1) In order your e-mail account to make this transition you will need to contact Kristy prior to June 14th and provide your current password. The password data can not be accessed from the old system.  

2) Back-up your e-mail and addresses. If you use Outlook you will not need to do this as Outlook already does this automatically.

3) On the 14th you will need to change your Outlook settings.

            Incoming mail server (pop3) mail.countrycablevision.net

            Outgoing mail server (STMP) mail.countrycablevision.net

            On the advanced tab change outgoing mail STMP from 587 to 25
