For Outlook Express/Office Clients

Open Outlook,  *previous settings may show errors, and/or a login window.

Close any error windows, and cancel out of login window.

Click on Tools and then Accounts. If you have never set up Outlook before Click on the `Add` button to the right, click on Mail and follow prompts to enter the information below.

If you have a previous Country Cablevision account, highlight that account and choose `Properties`button to the right.  **Some clients have a `Change` button vs `Properties`

Enter your name and email address

Click on `Servers` tab on top of properties window and complete the following information.

My incoming mail is a POP3 

Incoming mail (pop3)    pop.accountsupport.com

Outgoing mail (SMTP)   smtp.accountsupport.com

 Email Username MUST be your complete email address. *Example        username@countrycablevision.net

Enter your password,  *remember password is optional, but will require you type your password everytime you log in if not checked.

Do NOT check the box that says Log on using Secure Password  Authentication.

DO click on the box that says Outgoing Mail Server `My server requires authentication`. 

Click on the `Advanced` tab on top and change outgoing mail (SMTP) from 25 to 587

Click OK at the bottom.

You should now be able to send/receive your email from Outlook
